Under Analysis? III
Google has apparently solved the performance problems that lead to invitation-only Google Analytics; now everyone with a Google account can join the fun. I've covered Analytics in previous posts Under Analysis? and Under Analysis? II so won't repeat myself here. Bottom line—if your clients' site traffic is under 5M page views monthly, you'll be a hero when recommending this free and powerful service, and perhaps make a little money handling the installation/configuration to boot.
